Today I took the children to the local library because  their summer reading challenge is space hop. They all got to make space helmets and Oxygen tanks. They had a great time and wore their creations around the shop and in the cafe where we stopped for a drink  before getting the bus home.

Today we went to Kitley Pick Your Own. We picked pea pods, courgettes, onion, strawberries, spinach and raspberries. Gary showed the children the peas inside the pod and explained how they get harvested from the fields and processed for the shops.
