The children wanted to dress up today so they all picked their costumes from the costume boxes and we all had a lot of fun pretending to be the characters we were dressed up as.

We used glow in the dark shapes with silver stars and glitter to make these pictures.

The children used different shaped pieces of coloured card to make a picture of a space rocket. They decorated them with stars and stuck on some crepe paper to act as the flames from the rocket.

The librarian from the local library visited the childminders toddler group that we visit regularly. She read the children a couple of stories and sang songs with them.
