We looked at Gary’s Plasma Ball today and explored how the electricity jumped around and reacted to the children touching the ball. The children loved looking at the movement of the energy streams and Gary made sure none of the children touched the globe for too long.

We found an ants nest and took a few ants to put into our ant farm. They soon dug lots of tunnels and the children have enjoyed watching their progress. They are still active and today we examined them whilst they where working.

We had fun making a rocket out of an old cardboard box and a few toilet rolls. The children drew on the windows, switches and dials.  Gary helped them to draw on some portholes. They had fun playing in the rocket dressing up in the spaceman suit.
