We emptied out the potato plants today to see if any of the potatoes had grown. We got a few but they were a little on the small side. We will eat them for dinner in the next few days along with our other organic vegetables.

Gary found some caterpillars on his tomato plants so we relocated them to a reptile box we had in the garage. We figured it would be good for the children to see there development into butterflies. We put in some tomato leaves and tomatoes for them to eat and will keep changing their foliage daily [...]
